SAIMOS Science Plan and Five Year Strategic Plan 2009-2013 “Building on our strengths”
Significant marine science questions posed by the community are outlined in a recent document produced by South Australia’s key ocean observing network, the SA Integrated Marine Observing System (SAIMOS). MISA Update
The October 2009 MISA Update is now available (567KB .PDF).
The MISA Update includes the latest information on: scientists’ calls for the seafood industry to prepare for climate change; shellfish food safety; aquatic biosecurity; yellowtail kingfish production; advances in oceanography research to boost South Australia’s Aquaculture Industry; and MISA awards.
MISA Overview – Updated version available
We are now 5 years down the track with MISA and as such an updated MISA Overview, outlining MISA achievements to date; research focus; and future direction, is now available. View a copy of MISA’s Overview (300KB .PDF). Hard copies are also available from the SARDI Aquatic Sciences Library.
