MISA Biosecurity Projects
MISA contributes funding to the following biosecurity projects:
- Caulerpa taxifolia: Ecological and economic risk assessment – first year
- Caulerpa taxifolia: 2006 survey of current distribution and high risk areas
- Investigation of risk and identification of treatment options and guidelines in relation to marine pest translocation associated with the aquaculture industry
- Development of gene probes for introduced marine pest species
- Temperature and salinity tolerances of priority marine pests
