Qualification & Experience:
Master of Technology in Food Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India (Passed year 1991).
I have over 17 years of experience in food processing industries, mainly in seafood processing; setting up projects, plant lay out, selection of equipment, process flow synchronisation, project execution, processing, packing and preservation.
Commercial Experience:
1992- Present: Served in commercial corporate industries in India and East Africa (CocaCola East Africa Bottling Plant) in continuous food processing industries (Food and Beverage sector).
During that time, over 14 years in seafood processing industries:
Was involved since inception for the project set up of the largest integrated shrimp aquaculture project in India (www.thewaterbase.com), with modern processing facility, hatchery, farms, feed mill & crab culture, including:

Selection of complete set of processing plant machinery, equipment and plant layout.

Trouble shooting and solutions to day to day problems in commercial industries

Synchronisation of production flow for optimum utilisation of energy and manpower
