New era of marine research in the Great Australian Bight
Respected South Australian marine scientist, Associated Professor Tim Ward has been appointed to lead a four-year $20 million research program of the Great Australian Bight's ecosystems, marine resources and socio-economic importance.
The first voyage supporting the recently announced Science Collaboration with BP, CSIRO and MISA has returned from 20 days exploring deep waters of the Great Australian Bight. Find out more on 'news @ CSIRO' (External website).
